1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or processed for production. If your order is cancelled during this window, you will receive a full refund.

After Shipment: We cannot cancel the order once the package has already been shipped out. If your order is already in transit, please follow our standard return process after receiving the package.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your item.
Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Fees:

No Restocking Fee: Customers will never be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned packages must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is misdelivered or lost.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 20 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).
4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Contact your bank. There is often a backend processing time before a refund is fully processed and visible.
